How to prepare the file
- Export contacts from your phone or address book into one .vcf file
- Do not rename the extension manually if the file content is a different format
- If the address book is large, wait until the export is fully completed before uploading
- Open the XLSX result in Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice or Google Sheets
Common mistakes
The file is not a real VCF
Some services save a text file with different content. Check that it contains BEGIN:VCARD records
Contacts are split into several files
Upload each VCF separately or merge contacts in the source address book first
CSV is required
Download XLSX first, then save it as CSV in a spreadsheet editor
